Trustee Eugene Lamb, Jr. Receives the 2023 Southern Region Trustee Leadership Award

Tallahassee Community College District Board of Trustees Chair Eugene Lamb, Jr. has been awarded the 2023 Southern Region Trustee Leadership award by the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT).
Lamb has served on the Board since 2007, when he was appointed by Governor Charlie Crist. He has since been re-appointed to five consecutive terms by Governors Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis, and is currently serving his fourth term as chair. Read More

TCC launches three bachelor’s degree programs and scholarship opportunities

Tallahassee Community College has announced the addition of three new bachelor's degree programs to prepare students for careers in high-demand fields. The Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, and Bachelor of Science in Exceptional Student Education will launch in August 2023 and are accepting applications now. The three programs were approved by the State Board of Education in March. Read More
