Tallahassee State College Foundation is thrilled to announce a generous donation of $10,000 from Miller’s Tree Service, aimed at supporting the renovations to the College’s athletics facilities.
The contribution from Miller’s Tree Service will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience for student-athletes at Tallahassee State College. The funds will be utilized to upgrade various aspects of the athletics facilities, including the installation of state-of-the-art equipment, modernizing training areas, and improving the overall infrastructure.
“We are extremely grateful to Miller’s Tree Service for their remarkable contribution,” said Heather Mitchell, Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Executive Director of the TSC Foundation. “This generous donation will significantly impact our ability to provide our student-athletes with top-notch facilities, enabling them to excel both academically and athletically.”
The renovations to the athletics facilities will not only benefit the college's current student-athletes but also attract prospective athletes to join TSC's esteemed athletic programs. The improved facilities will create an environment that fosters growth, development, and success for all student-athletes.
“We have been able to do a lot of work on this campus over the years, especially after the May 10 tornadoes this past spring. We also have worked with the Foundation over the years on properties they have owned that needed tree services,” said Clay Culpepper, Partner at Miller’s Tree Service. “It was our pleasure to be able to give back in this way to support the College’s student-athletes.”
Miller's Tree Service, a local business known for its commitment to community development, recognizes the importance of investing in education and athletics. Their contribution to TSC's athletics facilities demonstrates their dedication to supporting the growth and success of young individuals in the community.
